When you first contact us, it is helpful to introduce your business in a few sentences and explain what you would like our help with. This allows us to prepare before our first discussion and address your question directly.

Why do we prefer email?

For professional matters, we primarily prefer written communication by email.

Not because we do not enjoy talking.

But because in an accounting or tax matter, a single figure, date, or sentence can be important. Email makes all information searchable and properly documented, so it remains clear later what we discussed, when we discussed it, and how.

„I just have a quick question…”

We know that phrase well. However, a professional question often cannot be answered responsibly with a simple ‘yes’ or ‘no’ without knowing the circumstances.

For professional questions, we therefore ask you to email us first. This allows us to review the matter, carry out any necessary research or calculations, and avoid answering on the basis of incomplete information.

If your question is more complex and requires tax advisory services, we will arrange a consultation with you.

The telephone is not off limits, of course. If a matter is genuinely urgent or involves a brief operational question that can be resolved in a few sentences, we will speak with you. Professional advice, however, deserves the time and attention required to provide it properly.

This reduces misunderstandings, prevents important information from being lost, and keeps the process transparent for both of us.
